All-New Toyota Hilux Debuts Globally With All-Electric Powertrain
Toyota has unveiled the ninth-generation Hilux, introducing an all-electric variant for the first time. This marks a significant step forward for the brand’s iconic pickup, which now combines traditional durability with modern electrification.
Powertrain and Variants
Alongside the new all-electric version, Toyota continues to offer the proven 2.8-litre diesel engine paired with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The combination aims to deliver both performance and efficiency under various driving conditions.

Exterior Design

The all-electric version includes a discreet charging port located on the front fender. At the rear, vertically stacked C-shaped LED taillights and an all-black bumper maintain a powerful stance.
