Bajaj Housing's Assets Under Management (AUM) rose 24% year-on-year to ₹1,26,740 crore, up from ₹1,02,569 crore in the same quarter last year. The AUM growth for the September quarter alone was ₹6,320 crore.
Shares of Bajaj Housing Finance remained largely unchanged on Thursday, November 6, before the release of its September quarter results, which were announced after market hours.
The asset quality remained steady during the quarter:
Loan losses and provisions increased to ₹50 crore, up from ₹5 crore last year, which includes a management overlay release of ₹25 crore.
“Asset quality for the quarter remained stable. Gross NPA stood at 0.26% from 0.29%, while Net NPA remained unchanged at 0.12%.”
