Tiffany Haddish has revealed fresh information about the much-anticipated sequel to the hit film Girls Trip in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly. The 45-year-old actress gave fans a hopeful update about the project’s progress.
In the interview, Haddish said, “We had a meeting last week... I’m telling it. They were saying we [are] gonna start shooting probably next year.” Filming is expected to begin in the spring of 2026, aiming to wrap up before summer begins.
“She ready,” Haddish joked, her signature catchphrase, before adding, “I think it’s gonna be great. I think it’s going to be so much fun. Me and the girls were all talking. It was so funny, it was so good.”
