The Supreme Court rejected a public interest litigation (PIL) petition seeking a probe into allegations of anomalies in voters' lists raised by Rahul Gandhi.
"Pursue your remedy wherever you want,"said Justice Surya Kant.
The petitioner claimed that a representation was given to the Election Commission but was not considered.
The Court stated that
"Writ Petition purportedly filed in public interest shall not be entertained"and the petitioner is at liberty to pursue alternate remedies.
