Celebrity Traitors' Alan Carr calls fellow contestants ‘thick’ for this jarring reason

Alan Carr Calls Fellow Celebrity Traitors Contestants "Thick"

Alan Carr jokingly labeled his fellow Celebrity Traitors contestants “thick” after none of them realized he had been secretly “murdering” them throughout the series. The comedian recently traveled to Florida before the show’s finale, humorously declaring himself “the most hated man in the UK” following the eliminations of Celia Imrie and his real-life friend Paloma Faith on the BBC show.

“That’s why I’m in America. I’m the most hated man in Britain.”

During an interview with Heart Radio from Universal Studios in Orlando, Carr expressed surprise that his celebrity friends never suspected he was the Traitor.

“I’ve got loads of celebrity friends, but are they thick? I’m giggling when people are murdered. When they don’t come down for breakfast, I just stick cheese in my mouth.”

The 49-year-old comic admitted that his stint as the show’s secret villain was both exhausting and amusing.

“It’s stressful murdering every day… but I’m getting a taste for it.”

Reactions from Fellow Contestants

Cat Burns, 25, said she’s handling the sudden fame by avoiding the spotlight.

“I’ve mainly just been staying at home; the whole thing feels a bit mad.”

Former contestant Kate Garraway believes Carr might win the show, citing his unpredictable nature as his strength.

“I think he’s going to win. I’m going to say it now.”

Garraway suggested that Alan’s infectious laughter during tense challenges may have helped him remain unsuspected and safe from elimination.
