Just days earlier, another convicted sex offender, Hadush Kebatu, 38, was mistakenly released from HMP Chelmsford in Essex. Kebatu spent three days at large before being arrested near a bus stop in Finsbury Park, North London. He was seen being led away by plain-clothed officers on October 26.
