EA Shuts Down Four AAA Games Online Services
Electronic Arts is ending online support for four of its older AAA racing games tomorrow, November 8th. This follows their recent closure of multiplayer functions for Need for Speed: Rivals earlier this October.

- Dirt Showdown
- Grid 2
- Grid Autosport
All developed by Codemasters, these titles were originally released between 2011 and 2014 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC platforms. While the games remain fully playable offline, their online multiplayer servers will be permanently shut down.
EA has been steadily winding down services for older games, marking a shift in focus from maintaining legacy titles.
There is also a possibility that two additional games may be added to the shutdown list, though no official announcements have been made regarding them.
