Atatürk to Be Commemorated with Concerts

A series of concerts will take place at CSO Ada Ankara to honor the 87th anniversary of the passing of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Türkiye.

Concerts Highlighting Atatürk's Memory

Master vocalist Fatih Erkoç and qanun virtuoso and conductor Ahmet Baran will perform together in “Ata’dan Yadigar Şarkılar” (Songs in Memory of Atatürk) at the Ziraat Bank Main Hall in November.

CSO Artists and DenizBank Concerts Series

“Musica Mundi,” an ensemble consisting of accomplished members of the Presidential Symphony Orchestra (CSO), will present the “Nov. 10 Atatürk Commemoration Concert” at the Bankkart Blue Hall in November.

100 Concerts for the 100th Year Project

The “Tenor Aykut Yılmaz 100 Concerts for the 100th Year” project continues to celebrate Atatürk through lyrical historical concerts. On November 10, tenor Aykut Yılmaz will perform at the Historical Hall, presenting national and international works representing the journey from Atatürk’s birth to the Republic’s foundation.

“The concert expresses love, respect, and gratitude to Atatürk.”

These commemorations underline the lasting cultural and historical influence of Atatürk in Türkiye through music and tribute performances.
