Our approach supports the Manchester 2035 strategic vision and builds on feedback from the Your Voice Matters initiative. These discussions are not just about collecting opinions but fostering a lasting dialogue that reflects our dedication to continuous improvement.
During the sessions, participants shared valuable perspectives that helped us understand how to better serve the University community. Following these conversations, over 100 Estates managers gathered at Whitworth Hall for a dedicated away day to review feedback and focus on how we can strengthen collaboration and mutual support.

The event allowed us to identify common themes, integrate staff voices into our strategies, and ensure that any changes are shaped by those who live them every day. We take your feedback seriously—it influences how we plan, lead, and work together.
