At 86 years old, Kim Knor recently completed her 999th skydive and is gearing up for her 1,000th jump this November. Starting her skydiving journey at 18 in 1959, she even forged her parents' signature to take her first leap.
Kim paused skydiving in 1967 to focus on raising her family but returned to the sport in 2003. Upon her return, she set an ambitious goal to reach 1,000 jumps.
Her milestone jump will take place in Lake Wales, Florida, where she will earn the United States Parachute Association Gold Wings upon completion.
