Pittsburgh Steelers Wives Unaware of Aaron Rodgers' New Wife
Many of the Pittsburgh Steelers players' wives and girlfriends admit they haven't met Aaron Rodgers' new wife, Brittani, and know little about her. One teammate's wife described Brittani as "like a phantom" in an interview with The Daily Mail on November 8.
“We all want to meet her, to invite her out, get to know her. We don’t even know who she is.”
Rodgers sparked marriage rumors after being seen wearing a ring on his left hand. In June, he confirmed he had married Brittani just a few months earlier during a press conference.
“Didn’t want that. Didn’t like any of that,”
Rodgers told The Pat McAfee Show, referring to the media scrutiny of his past relationships. He emphasized his wife's desire for privacy, saying,
“Now I’m with somebody who’s private, who doesn’t want to be in the public eye. Didn’t sign up to be a celebrity. Doesn’t want to be a part of it. Because I do things in private because I want my personal life to be private, now I’m weird.”
He added,
“My private life is my private life. I’m with somebody who wants to be private.”
