Arsonist Cody Balmer Pleads Guilty

Cody Balmer, the suspected arsonist accused of firebombing the governor's residence in April, has pleaded guilty to all charges against him.

Balmer, 38, of Harrisburg, was sentenced to between 25-50 years behind bars and won't be eligible for parole until April 13, 2050, when he's 63 years old.
