Columbia 'Love Your Block' Program Celebrates One Year
The City of Columbia's "Love Your Block" program has completed its first year of supporting neighborhood projects, collaborating with 11 neighborhoods in Central Columbia and providing nearly $22,000 in mini-grants.
One notable project led to the installation of new signage at Noble Court, Columbia's first Black subdivision, highlighting the area's significance in the community's history.
"We’re grateful to all the residents, leaders and volunteers who made this first year so impactful and excited to share details about the next round of mini-grants coming in 2026,"
