Stream Realty Partners has begun construction on Central Pike, a 1.1 million square foot industrial development in Lebanon, Tennessee.
- Location: 89.2-acre site in Wilson County, 30 miles east of Nashville
- Immediate access to Tennessee State Route 109 and I-840
- Two buildings:
- Building A: 355,982 square feet, cross-dock facility
- Building B: 724,146 square feet, cross-dock configuration
- Features: 130-foot truck court, trailer parking spaces, 40-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler system
The development team includes Rob Lowe, Dale Todd, Drue Stoehr, and Mitch Kingsley of Stream Realty Partners.
Central Pike is the firm's first industrial project in the metro Nashville market.
