Stream Realty Partners has brokered the sale of a 283,000-square-foot industrial building located at 1205 Reed Drive in Lockhart, Texas.
The property, spanning 25 acres, was purchased by Sensei Farms, a sustainable farming company backed by Sensei Ag Holdings, Inc., from Austin-based Evergen Equity.
