Teacher and Soccer Coach Accused of Sexual Assault
A Kentucky teacher is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing a 10-year-old elementary student in a school bathroom during a power outage.
The incident occurred during the 2018-2019 school year at Boonesborough Elementary. Charles Hamilton, the accused teacher, surrendered to authorities after an arrest warrant was issued.

- Hamilton was also a girls’ soccer coach at Caudill Middle School.
According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Hamilton voluntarily surrendered on Monday.
