A 32-year-old Shellharbour man, Trent Arndell, was jailed for his "extraordinarily dangerous driving" after reaching speeds of 160km/h through Primbee.
According to court documents, Arndell overtook multiple vehicles at double the speed limit on Windang Road, merging across two lanes and cutting off other motorists at an estimated speed of 90 to 100km/h.
As described in court documents, his driving was "extraordinarily dangerous" and posed a significant risk to other road users.
Arndell will argue that his sentence is too harsh. Author's summary: Man jailed for reckless driving seeks lighter sentence.
