Tomonobu Itagaki Passes Away
Tomonobu Itagaki, creator of Dead or Alive and producer of Ninja Gaiden, has died at 58.
According to a post on his Facebook page, Itagaki asked someone to publish the message when his "light of life is about to run out".
He says he "stand[s] by [his] beliefs" and has "no regrets", except for "not being able to deliver [his] new work", for which he apologizes to his fans.
Itagaki was known for reviving Ninja Gaiden as a 3D hack-and-slash action game in 2004.
