The Reedsville man convicted of the 2023 brutal murder of Washington, D.C. photographer Joseph Shymanski will be the subject of a new "48 Hours" true-crime series.
The episode, called "My Uncle Joe's Murder," focuses on the murder of Shymanski and features new interviews from the photographer's family, friends, and law enforcement.
The case stems from the tragic events of Labor Day weekend in 2023, when Shymanski was reported missing by family and friends, leading to an investigation and Holbrook's indictment on November.
The "48 Hours" episode airs tonight on CBS at 10 p.m. and streams on Paramount Plus, investigating crime and justice cases nationally.
