New York-Style Bagel Restaurant Chain Expands to The Villages
A New York-style bagel restaurant chain, Jeff's Bagel Run, will open an eatery in The Villages, specifically in Southern Trace Plaza.
The location was previously home to Giovanni's Ristorante & Pizzeria. Jeff's Bagel Run, which originated in Central Florida, has grown to eight locations and is now expanding to The Villages as part of a five-unit development agreement with franchisees Rob and Teresa Shuffield.
Jeff's Bagel Run is known for its
freshly baked bagels, a wide variety of house-made whipped cream cheeses, and craft coffee.
The new restaurant is anticipated to open in spring 2026, marking another expansion for the chain, which has also recently opened a location in Charlotte, North Carolina.
