Green Tech Initiates Geothermal-Heated Greenhouse Project in Romania

Green Tech International has commenced work on a large-scale geothermal-heated hydroponics greenhouse complex in Romania.

The project, undertaken by subsidiary Horti Green Invest S.A., initially covers 10 hectares, with plans to expand to 50 hectares over the next 5 years.

The company will invest in rehabilitating existing geothermal wells and modernizing a thermal power plant to provide heat to the greenhouses, strengthening its presence in sustainable agriculture.

Green Tech International aims to develop the largest hydroponic greenhouses complex in Romania, supplied with geothermal energy.
