Feeling Overwhelmed in a Society Out of Control
From time to time, a break from the news and posting is necessary to avoid what I call
"my mental collapse"and escape the suffocating feeling of being trapped.
This feeling is not related to my personal life, but rather to the situation in the country, including politics, economy, and their horrific impact on society.
In the last year and a half, I have realized that we are on a downward spiral at high speed. Although officially Greece's economy is fine on paper, in reality, Greeks struggle to make ends meet due to high prices of essential items, housing, healthcare, utilities, and services.
