Pope Leo XIV has signed an Apostolic Letter commemorating the 60th anniversary of Gravissimum Educationis.
The Letter, signed during the Jubilee of the World of Education, reflects on the current relevance of the Conciliar Declaration and the challenges faced by education today, particularly in Catholic schools and universities.
Following the signing, the Pope presided over Holy Mass in St. Peter's Basilica, where he
recalled the deep symbolism of the pilgrimage that marks the Jubilee: life makes sense only when it is lived as a journey.
The Apostolic Letter will be made public on October 28.
