Cushman & Wakefield is utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance its business. The global real estate firm has announced the launch of its internal Quantitative Insights Group.
The group will be headed by Rebecca Rockey, deputy chief economist and global head of forecasting at Cushman & Wakefield. Rockey's team will consist of approximately 20 professionals, including:
- David Hoebbel, head of commercial analytics
- Greg Nelson, senior data and analytics manager
The firm will operate a platform powered by advanced mathematics and AI tools to advise brokers, clients, and institutional investors on their commercial real estate decisions.
