Extension Granted for Clearview Park Development
Clearview Township council has granted a one-year extension to a Draft Plan of Subdivision for Clearview Park.
The original plan, approved in November 2013, included 244 single detached homes, 60 semis, and 100 medium density units on a 25.6 hectare parcel.
“This will facilitate additional time to work through the proposed Red Line request and zoning amendment applications,”
said Derek Abbotts, Clearview Director of Planning and Building. The extension was requested by the applicant to allow time for these applications to be approved.
A new lapse date is anticipated if the applications are approved.
