Wichita School Board Election Results
Amy Warren and Amy Jensen have defeated incumbents to secure seats on the Wichita school board, according to unofficial results from Tuesday's election.
Notably, Amy Jensen narrowly defeated conservative board member Kathy Bond in the District 5 race, which centered around Wichita's failed bond issue. Bond had been the sole board member to oppose the $450 million bond issue, which was narrowly rejected by voters in February.
